This rug, with its design restraint, its simplicity, achieves an elegance by using subtle, analogous and soft colors, a wide expanse of the centered color, narrow bands of contrasting dark blue and subtle bands of mixed blue and soft green, all adding a light texture and a sophisticated pattern. A wonderful rug handwoven by a talented Swedish weaver. This rug features a beautifully blended palette of soft coral, white, brown and a soft Swedish gray. This pleasing pattern is a light and cheerful design, perfect for a casual setting in the home, a coastal decor or anywhere a cheerful little rug is needed to brighten up an area of the home. A recent vintage rug, this rug has never been used.
 

A beautiful color palette of soft corals, Swedish blues and soft golds. The primary blended coral and gold bands alternate with featured bands of light turquoise with a center coral stripe and on each end a dark thin turquoise stripe. The alternating colored bands are perfectly balanced and the blended colors along with light and dark accents produce a visual depth that is multi-dimensional. This rug has a lovely texture and can easily blend with any decor in the home. Use it in front of a love seat, behind it, in front of or under a console table for an effective and special focal point.

This is a lovely rug, handwoven on a wooden loom by an artisan in the Swedish countryside. It was discovered with a designer's eye, in Sweden and brought to the US to find a new home. 

The color palette is made of soft Swedish blues, soft warm pinks and other neutrals accented by reds and dark blues. The dark blue bands at each end with red accents adds a feeling of strength and a foundation at each end for the rug.
