The soft, toned down color is a sophisticated browned rose with lighter accents to feature the pattern differently on both sides! The opposite side is more of a taupe, allowing this rug to have dual personalities in the interior design.

We LOVE this rug! It’s elegant, it’s so skillfully designed, it’s pattern is beautiful and it’s a timeless classic. Wonderful colors. This rug is either all wool or has some wool in the fabric (we suspect all wool) and should be professionally cleaned. The clear colors and perfectly symmetrical design with a variety of weaving methods makes this rug one of the finest we have and will provide decades of use and decoration.
